Sustainability
at the Core
of Our Approach
By 2024, we had halved our CO2 emissions compared with 2022 (a year of high activity) and we are still moving forward enthusiastically along the path of sustainability.
Carbon emissions are no longer our only focus. In the meantime, we have identified other indicators and defined our key priorities across three areas: environmental, social, and governance.
We have taken measures for each of these pillars:
Environmental Impact
- Energy optimization through high-efficiency building design (geothermal systems, photovoltaic panels, natural ventilation)
- Waste management plan: reduction and rigorous sorting of waste, zero single-use plastic policy
- Mobility plan in place since January 2025
- Continuous measurement and improvement of the carbon footprint of our events, 30% since 2023.
Social Responsibility
- Collaborative projects and positive exchanges with our entire value chain (clients, suppliers, partners, and local stakeholders)
- SwissTech Convention Center Sustainable Event Guide
- Full site accessibility (reduced mobility, digital and cultural inclusion)
- Staff training and engagement on ESG topics (Climate Fresk, Digital Fresk, “2tonnes” workshop, etc.)
Ethical Governance
- Publication of our ESG report (the first edition in 2023, with annual updates starting in early 2026)
- Sustainability criteria included in all calls for tender
- The Head of Sustainability takes part in management meetings and contributes to all strategic discussions
- Linking our sustainability network with our value chain; creating partnerships with a positive impact
- Support for research and experimentation in sustainable solutions (e.g., smart energy management using geothermal piles, Grätzel cells, collaborative projects via LMCare, etc.)
